Project Manager

What will your job be?

Your task will be simply to ensure that all our ongoing projects run as they should, from the initial assignment to delivery to the customer.

• Plan sprints, coordinate and monitor task completion in the team
• Manage project allocations
• Set realistic deadlines and monitor their compliance
• Monitor budget
• Regularly communicate with the customer - collect requirements and feedback
• Lead ceremonies such as stand-ups or retrospectives

What do we expect from you?

• You have 2+ years of experience in IT project management
• You are proficient in communication with the team and the client and have no problem conveying technical information clearly and understandably
• You can motivate the team and people around you
• You have excellent organizational skills
• You are familiar with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• You can work with project management tools such as Jira, Asana or Trello
• Your English is at least B2 level

Who we are and how we work?

We are changing the way IT works in companies. We optimize processes, automate routine work and implement AI in companies to remove development obstacles, create a work environment where people enjoy working and make companies efficient. We are most often approached by medium-sized companies to corporations. There are currently 10 of us and thanks to that we can work efficiently and in a way that we enjoy and at the same time works. But that doesn't mean you'll only meet us in the office; we belong to the Applifting Group and together we form a group of over 160 IT specialists. You can see our work in our results.

At DX Heroes, we have transparent salaries based on a clearly defined set of skills. So you always know what to work on to move forward. 67,200 CZK - 92,400 CZK. According to your seniority. It can always be negotiated, so don't be afraid to write and talk about possibilities.
