AI Consultant

What will be your work

Your task will be to help companies with AI adoption so that they are more efficient and can work effectively with artificial intelligence. You will analyze processes, design new solutions, train employees and consult. Thanks to you, companies will move to a higher level of digitalization and gain a significant competitive advantage.

• Sharing experience: You will lead workshops, training, webinars and individual consultations.
• Public presentations: Lectures at conferences or community events focused on AI and IT await you.
• Building AI community: You will join our active AI community and help develop and maintain the knowledge base.
• Implementing AI into IT processes: You will help deploy AI tools and methods into everyday practice to increase developer productivity and efficiency.
• Research and development of AI tools and models: You will have space to test and develop AI tools.

What we expect from you

• Practically work with LLM models (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, and similar).
• Develop software, work with Git, manage the entire application SDLC, work with APIs, automation.
• Prompt engineering and context engineering.
• Data structures and SQL.
• Have an overview of the AI ecosystem: LLM, tools, no/low-code platforms, MCP servers.
• Listen to business and translate client needs into functional solutions.
• Explain complex things clearly to management and employees.
• Present, explain, lead workshops, design thinking. English at least B2 level.

Who we are and how we work?

We are changing the way IT works in companies. We optimize processes, automate routine work and implement AI in companies to remove obstacles in development, create a work environment where people enjoy working and make companies efficient. We are most often contacted by medium-sized companies to corporations. Our training regularly achieves 9.9 NPS, we go to talk about AI at corporate teambuildings, people simply enjoy working with AI tools and our applications help companies increase profits. There are currently 10 of us and thanks to that we can cooperate efficiently and in a way that we enjoy and it works. But that doesn't mean you'll only meet us in the office; we are part of the Applifting Group and together we form a group of over 160 IT specialists.

Offered compensation

At DX Heroes we have transparent salaries based on a clearly defined set of skills. So you always know what to work on to move forward. 75,000 CZK - 160,000 CZK according to your seniority. It can always be negotiated, so don't be afraid to write and talk about the possibilities.
